Ok, so what happened in the past week was really nothing special. I got sick on St. Patrick's day, missed school (yay!) and piano lesson (yay! kinda....) and went to Jeruselum again last Saturday. Ok, so there is gonna be a Talent show at school and I'm trying to decide on asong. Here are my two choices: Bubbly by Colbie Caliet  ( I can sing it pretty well) and Haven't Met You Yet by Michael Buble (AWESOME SONG but a realy low range for me... might be able to change the key... :S ). OH! And we are going to Egypt during Spring Break! I'll blog about that when I get back!! Have a nice day and tell me what you think about the songs!

The Biblical Gardens!

Sorry for not blogging about this the day I went, but I'd like to tell you about it. So, when we got there, we split into two groups. So we start to walk *tra la la la la* and we get to a well. Our guide, Hadas, was telling us about the story when the servant of Abraham was looking for Isaccs wife and found her by a well. She said that she offered to pull up 100 buckets of water for the camels and the servants. Hadas told us that that was very hard to do. We each got to pull up water from the well called a 'sistern'. It was suprisingly heavy. Next we went to herd some sheep. The only thing I can say is that it was a disaster! My old humanities teacher, Mr. Jackson, got butted by this huge ram! Hilarious! So after the DISASTUROUS herding, we kept walking and saw an olive press, made perfume out of olive oil, and ground up spices. On the way to the place where we were going to eat, we saw these pretty yellow flowers that Hadas said tasted sour. Sour? Well, you can pick them and chew on the stems, and they taste very sour! Not sour, but yummy, candy-ish sour! YUM! OOPS! Got to go! See ya!

Chorus Concert

Yippe! Just finished my chorus concert! It was very fun! The Middle School (my group) sang 5 songs, and the Elementary School sang 3, and the High School sang 4. Then, at the end, we all sang a jazz version of "Favorite Things" as a group! Very fun! My favorite song was "One Fine Day"! I had TWO solos in it! I was so happy! The only downside to this chorus concert is that now, I have a sore throat *achhh* and it hurts :( . And I guess another downside would be having almost ALL the songs stuck in my head! A constant Chorus! *AHHHHHHHHHHHHH >:0 * Oh well, at least we sound good up there! See you tomorrow! Aufwiedersen! That's another way to say goodbye in German! :~  (That's an Elephant)

♥ So, once again I sit at the computer, thinking of SOMETHING, ANYTHING to blog about, and I think, hey, why don't I tell you about Israel? Then I think, Nah, to much typing. I'll send you a link instead! (GENIUS) So, here's a link to a website ALL about Israel! http://www.goisrael.com/tourism_eng So, you may be wondering, Is it cold in Israli winters?? Well, the answer is yes! It can get VERY cold (Well, not very cold for us Michiganders, but when you've been here for a while, your skin seems to become more sensitive to cold, and less to heat!) and the Summers are going to be SWELLTERING! I CAN'T TAKE THE HEAT! I CAN'T! Well, I better cause the summers are usually around 100 degrees Farenheit ALL THE TIME! Good thing I live near a beach! :) Have a nice day, ya'll! You know, 3 year olds have pretty cool dreams!

Well, as I was here thinking of something to write, Gary Paul came in and tried to sit on my lap. He ended up knocking down the phone and falling off of the chair before I helped him. He then told me that he had had a dream. I asked him what his dream was about? He said "I had a dream that I was flying to the USA with my friends and we flew some where and then we flew to america and then somewhere to America! And then we went back to our house and played with a microphone!" I know, alot of information to take in in one sitting. Well, he kept explaining and I got the bright idea to post his little dream! You should've seen how excited he was when I told him I'd post it! Actually, I'll show you!
